Own the front-of-house energy at the merch table! Connect with attendees, sell our merchandise, and bring good vibes to the event foyer. Capture the magic of each performance (up to 600 routines in a weekend) This role is perfect for someone with dance, performance, or sports photography experience who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Be part of the A/V heartbeat of every event. You’ll load in equipment, run sound or lighting during the show, and make sure every performance shines. Literally! The Emcee is the voice and energy of the event, responsible for engaging the audience, introducing routines, hyping up dancers, and keeping the show flowing smoothly. This role requires strong stage presence, quick thinking, excellent clarity and communication skills, and a fun, positive attitude. The ideal candidate can read the room, build excitement, and maintain professionalism while bringing energy and personality to every moment of the show. Requires weekend travel (Friday–Monday). You’ll inspire, educate, and challenge students while representing the convention’s values of excellence, positivity, and professionalism.
